Hard target

A hard target is one for which there is, or will be provable feedback. Such targets as objects, concrete and witnessable activities, and real, physical locations qualify as hard targets. The future actions of a targeted person can also qualify as a hard target, since one only needs to wait for the action to take place to have provable feedback.
